Do you deliver?

We only deliver within Metro Manila only.

• No rush orders, cut off time is around 12nn. Once order is confirmed, please expect delivery on the same date.
• Orders beyond 1pm will be delivered the next day.
• Please expect delivery ETA after 1:30pm onwards.
• We accept COD within METRO MANILA only.
• For orders OUTSIDE Metro Manila, we cover the Philippines nationwide through your preferred and trusted courier partners.

Store Hours:

• Monday - Saturday: 10am - 9pm
• Sunday: 10am - 7pm

Office Hours:

• Monday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm

What is your mode of payment?

We accept Cash on Delivery or Cash on Pick Up, Bank Transfer, GCash Payment, and Credit Card Payment

How fast do you deliver?

Our delivery team schedule is around 1PM onwards. Estimated Time of Arrival depends on the route per area of our delivery team daily barring any unforeseen difficulties such as a heavy downpour, accidents, calamities, traffic, or other extreme situations involving our delivery teams.

What is the standard shipping?

Within Luzon: We outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 3-5 days.

Within Visayas/Mindanao: We outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 5-9 days.

For Provincial Orders: We outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 7-15 days.

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you should receive a corresponding tracking number which you can enter on the courier's website to check on the status of your package.

If you have waited patiently and have not received your package within the prescribed number of days (1-2 days for Metro Manila / 7-15 days elsewhere), kindly email us at ask@solidwine.com.ph and we will do our best to check with the courier regarding the status of your package.

So what happens if I order outside your operating hours?

You are always free to place an order even outside our operating hours but we will start processing it once we resume operations.

For orders that involve standard shipping within Metro Manila or Nationwide, you are free to order anytime and your order will be processed within the shipping time frame given.

What are your delivery fees?

For orders within Metro Manila, we offer FREE delivery for orders worth P 3,000 and above!

For provincial orders, the delivery fee will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery address based on the rate of our courier partners. You will find the delivery fee for your order upon checkout.

Is there a minimum amount for my order?

No but minimal delivery fee will be charged depends on your location.
